Supporting Clients Currently in Housing

Reconnect provides support to individuals currently living in housing provided by our organizational partners. In Peel we work with Service and Housing in the Province (SHIP), and in Toronto with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Toronto, and Mainstay Housing.

Through the Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) program, Reconnect provides support to older adults (55+ years) with problematic substance use and complex care needs. In partnership with Mainstay Housing, this program delivers wrap-around supports to tenants including long-term individualized case management, eviction prevention support, harm reduction-centered addictions counselling and social/recreational activities.
