Reconnect provides 24-hour on-site personal care and light housekeeping services for seniors and adults with disabilities living in designated buildings in the west end of Toronto.
Reconnect provides 24-hour on-site personal care and light housekeeping services for seniors and adults with disabilities living in designated buildings in the west end of Toronto. Personal care can include things like help with bathing, dressing and toileting. Light housekeeping tasks can include things like sweeping, wiping surfaces, laundry and light meal preparation. Services are provided free of charge. There service is provided free of charge. We offer services in the community within our catchment areas and in the seniors buildings listed below:
