The COPA program helps adults 55 years and over who struggle with addictions that impact their daily lives. Our services include:

• Outreach
• Harm Reduction – designed to reduce the effects of addictions
• Referrals & Case Management

Eligibility: To be eligible for service, an individual must be 55+, living with addictions concerns, and live between the DVP and Kipling Ave., and between the 401 and the Lake. Priority is given to people living between Yonge St and Kipling Ave., and between Eglinton Ave and Lakeshore Blvd.
