The Department of Performance Improvement uses leading statistical knowledge and methods to support clinical decisions and reporting for the organization and its collaborators.

The primary role of the Department of Performance Improvement is to help programs make data-backed decisions that improve the effectiveness of their services. The Performance Improvement team is made up of analysts with a range of backgrounds and specializations. They conduct client and program-level evaluations and analyze the findings with leadership, allowing us to make informed decisions on how to improve our services. The team continually monitors this data to ensure our programs are achieving their intended result.
