Performance Improvement

Our department is made up of a multidisciplinary team of analysts to achieve quantitative accuracy and efficiency, while recognizing the human stories of Reconnect. The department regularly collaborates with other departments and clinicians to recount the holistic approach of Reconnect staff in communication with stakeholders.

We regularly conduct program evaluations and reviews to ensure excellency in client experience and to meet and anticipate the changing needs in the local community. While helping maintain the structural integrity of the data across the organization to help support Reconnect in its current operations and as it grows in the local community.  By helping visualize data for everyday use to help support departmental policies and procedures.
