Central West Concurrent Disorders Specialized Support Services (CW CD 3S) supports individuals 16 and over struggling with mental illness and addiction (concurrent disorders), living in the area from Etobicoke Rexdale to Dufferin County, in the Central West region.
This service works closely with area hospitals and offers short-term, specialized interventions for people living with concurrent disorders, to successfully transition them into the community.
