Mental Health and Justice Prevention Case Management
16 years+
The Mental Health and Justice Prevention Program provides case management to people 16+ who struggle with mental illness, addictions, and/or cognitive disabilities, and who are currently involved in the criminal justice system (or are at a high risk of becoming involved). Further eligibility requirements can be found on the referral form. The Prevention program serves the TC LHIN and North Etobicoke.
