Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills group is a practical, short-term form of psychotherapy that focuses on how thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs affect one’s feelings and actions. CBT helps people develop skills and strategies that facilitate change around these three areas of self. This group takes place in-person over 12 weeks and typically most benefits clients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. It is open to youth, adults, and seniors.
